Lord Dorkster spotted in CHI-town!

We recently made a voyage to Michigan and stopped in Chicago for a quick overnighter.

Thanks again to my past life's career for earning me enough hotel points for us to stay at a fancy downtown Hilton - for free.

It's the first time we've stayed in a hotel room with a plasma screen.

Tina's first few hours in Chicago were spent with Dr. Phil and Oprah.

I was eventually able to coax her out of the hotel room to run around the Miracle Mile and do some shopping (Tina found a new winter hat).

While we were out and about, we stumbled across a rare opportunity to see the highly elusive Lord Dorkster as he was being released into his courtyard.
His exuberant joy and flailing was no doubt the result of his pleasure in the tentative and captivated crowd. What a handsome specimen. Yes, a rare opportunity indeed!

Late in the day we gravitated towards the local coffee and confections shop for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Tina had decaf.

There was also a celebrity sighting... Vivian K is a tough one to get a photo of, but with the help of the paparazzi "nacho chip cam", we were able to get that million dollar photo.

We're still waiting for offers from the Enquirer.
